The vicarage near the church was the first town hall office of Brasov. Many historians say that the Franciscans were the church first owners and after their chase away it became the property of Lutherans. In order to see the inscription from year 1522 on one of the doors or the inscription „Magister Andreas de brash, anno 1521” on the bell of Saint Martin church you just have to get moving and visit the place. The interior is organized according to Saxon characteristics by focusing on the altar and pulpit highlighting the Holy Communion and spreading of God’s words. On the south side where the nave meets the chore is the pulpit. The pulpit crown dating since the 18th century, the paintings and carpentry highlight Messiah through his blessing actions. On the hump above Lunga Street on the east side facing the main road the Sf Martin church waits its visitors but only after previously announcing the visit.
