It is said about the Hungarian lands that are rich in fruits, vegetables and various spices. Also is well-known the Hungarians hospitality whenever the opportunity of laying the table comes.
The spice variety used in Hungarian cuisine gives such special colours and taste to the food. No other Hungarian food could be defined instead of the onion, garlic, pepper and tomatoes. Of course the supreme Hungarian spice is the paprika.

The Nippon dishes started to be more and more appreciated by those passionate about cuisine.
