Patria new hall was designed as a cultural complex with an auditorium with a capacity of 458 seats and the stage surface of 185 square meters (which would evolve 80 artists) listening room of 53 seats, which can be seen also film screening, exhibition and administrative space.
Inside the former theatre were carried out works to strengthen the existing structure, replacing and restoring finishes and facilities, repartitioning, achieving sound insulation, thermal efficiency of the building and other specific features.
The large foyer (where were the ticket hall and the former cinema) have strengthened the resistance pillars, was mounted limestone flooring tiles, were made the paints and wallpaper will be installed on pillars and elevator shaft.
In the great hall, in the walls and ceiling were installed metal structures for establishing the tone and were mounted plates of wood or plaster. The design and layout of the walls and ceilings, including plaques covering them were made from a special acoustic project, which aimed to transform the Brasov Philharmonic concert hall in one of the rooms with the best acoustics in Romania.
Once with the commissioning of the Sala Patria works were carried also on exterior. The plaza was paved, the fountain was rebuilt and the surrounding parking places have been refurbished.
